Full payment is required immediately to secure your event on our calendar.
ACH payments may be accepted from organizations and non-profit entities only upon prior request.
All payments are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another date on our calendar once per calendar year, provided that the requested date is available. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate their request for changes regarding my availability. In the event of a cancellation necessitated by a change in The Urban Kitchen's schedule, a full refund will be issued to the client.
